ANAHEIM — A 64-year-old man drove a vehicle through a garage and damaged a gas line Sunday, Aug. 27, authorities said.
A call came in at 6:25 p.m. that a vehicle hit a house near 270 S. Rose St., Anaheim police Sgt. Ryan Tisdale said.
The driver, who was stuck in the vehicle in the garage, didn’t receive serious injuries, but was transported to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, Tisdale said. No other injuries have been reported.
According to Anaheim police and fire department Twitter posts, the crash severed a gas line and caused a major gas leak.
