PewDiePie's wife said 90% of her valuables were stolen by thieves who broke into their house - INSIDER

  • Marzia Kjellberg posted an Instagram story where she said 90% of her valuables had been taken "from my jewelry, to luxury goods, and special items I've been collecting over the years."
  • "I know it is very materialistic, and should be happy with what I was left/have. But I can't hide the shock and sadness with all being taken away, just like that," she wrote.
  • It's not the first time the couple has had issues with home privacy.
  • PewDiePie, who has over a million subscribers, once posted a video called "Don't come to my house.." when fans kept showing up at their door.

PewDiePie's wife Marzia Kjellberg posted an Instagram story at the weekend where she said the couple's house had been broken into.

"Our house was broken into and they took 90% of my valuables, from my jewelry, to luxury goods, and special items I've been collecting over the years. It's all gone," she wrote in the post with a drawn sad face.

"I know it is very materialistic, and should be happy with what I was left/have. But I can't hide the shock and sadness with all being taken away, just like that."

PewDiePie, real name Felix Kjellberg, and Marzia live in Brighton, England. It's not yet clear what the motive behind the burglary was, but it's not the first time the couple has had issues with privacy.

With over 100 million subscribers on YouTube, PewDiePie is the platform's biggest star, and his band of loyal followers has managed to work out where the couple lives several times. People showing up at their door became such a problem that PewDiePie posted a video called "Don't come to my house.."

PewDiePie has yet to address the break-in on social media or in any of his videos.
